A secret is required. What this may be?

 

The real leader: He is admired, loved, followed. That is,

 

a. they trust him

b. they know his responsibility and his virtues

c. they know well that with him they will not be lost

d. they trust his lack of self interest

e. they know that for him every one is valuable.

 

The following excite the hearts and the conscious

 

a. his words

b. his presence

c. his sight

d. his memory

 

The effectiveness of the movements of a real leader

 

a. is not depending at all on his costume

b. has its source in his personality, in his soul.

 

The attractiveness is not disappeared by the worn clothes but by the wear of soul.

What matters is the leader is the man.

The leader

 

a. wants to help the others

b. tries to influence them

c. awakes every best exists in everyone

d. tries to guide them with every sacrifice to the

service of all.

 

The leader is not an adventurer of every day’s adventures.

 

A man without

 

a. the anxiety of change

b. the desire to see the world in a different way is lacking something basic.

 

To be a leader means

 

a. to have a direct and clear view of what is lacking from a human group to fulfill its mission.

b. to assemble the efforts of everybody towards the same direction.

c. to transmit to all the hope of victory

d. to contribute to the participation of all in the joy of victory.

 

The leader is not

 

a. a tamer who enslaves

b. an egoist who humiliates the others

c. the capable who manages to escape.

The leader must be

a. more alert than all the rest to realize first the

danger

b. more keen to read well the consequences of

every action and its data

c. more informed so that he takes in time the

suitable positions

d. more fast and drastic in deciding for the action to end in its determined target

e. more daring in accepting the indispensable risks to lead everyone of his people to the fulfiment of his duty

f. more courageous to prevail over the fears surrounding him

g. more patient to resist the wear of time and the obstacles

h. Finally more resisting to loneliness than more rich in human warmness.

THE CHILD

A. Childhood

 

Really! What the children are?

 

They are a complete human personality. Complete = nothing is lacking.

 

The Child

 

a. is always moving

b. has a strong interest for the heroes

c. likes the adventures (can be satisfied even with the Cinematographic)

d. asks questions, aims to the acceptance, imitates, accepts and encourages.

His two main characteristics:

a. admires

b. imitates

 

It finds himself in the époque of hero-adoration.

 

B. Pre-puberty age

 

a. the child becomes exceptionally energetic

b. his interest for group games is increased

c. is anxious for company

d. excessive enthusiasm and body activity

e. fast mental development

f. likes the teasing and the adventures

g. his dexterity has increased

 

h. looks for company

i. his manners are instantaneous and often bad

j. he is afraid that he will be considered as “spoil”

 

C. Puberty age

 

a. care for the body

b. development of the sex differences

c. big appetite

d. his interest for the whole world is increased

e. wants more freedom

f. likes to talk

g. considers seriously even the most simple work assigned to him

h. does not stand being teased

i. gets serious

j. behaves as grown up

 

D. Post puberty age

 

a. increased strength

b. development of muscles

c. dexterity

d. takes his own decisions

e. discusses and judges

f. his friendship with girls is seriously considered (and vice-versa)

g. development of “ego”

h. he likes to be considered as a valued person

i. he is concerned with his future position in the world.
